Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: seahorse-plugins
After you install seahorse-plugins you should be prompted to restart X
to make it active. In fact if you don't do this, you won't see any entry
in the nautilus right-click menu about encrypting and signing.
I think this is an usability bug.
(tested with 10.04 and 11.04)
