The guess keyboard layout ends with USA Dvorak layout. After discovering
dvorak layout, please ask more questions to find if it is other variants
of Dvorak (e.g. ask for key press of the special Norwegian letters æ, ø
og å, or what is instead on these keys in USA Dvorak keys).
