Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

TEST CASE:
1. Launch gedit and ensure that the window is not maximized
2. Press CTRL+SHIFT+S to open the "Save As ..." dialog
3. Maximize the parent window (main gedit window) by clicking on the "Maximize"
button or dragging the window to the top panel

Result:
There is no way to un-maximize the parent window: no window's buttons,
double-click or dragging the title bar are disabled.
