I've actually seen this before, but I think it's a clutter bug, rather than a ClutterFlow bug. Could you try seeing if Clutterflow works on Nautilus from the Nautilus Elementary PPA[1]? It seems I can't get Clutterflow to work on both Banshee and Nautilus.
