Get a
[{numbers}.{numbers}] ..MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not conected to IO-APIC
[{numbers}.{numbers}] Kerneld panic - not syncing: IO-APIC + timer doesn't
work! Boot with apic=debug and send a report. Then try booting with the noapic
option
[{numbers}.{numbers}]
at boot on my ASUS M2NPV-VM Motherboard with nvidia 430 Chipset.
Kernel 2.6.17 worked fine.
