This bug is 100% reproducible in my PC: I just need to boot up and log in: desktop starts with no icons on it. See description for recover steps (I have to do them at every log in). Please tell me how to create an appropriate log to provide (but please consider my HW got broken recently and I need to repair before making my desktop PC work again).
