Hi Michael, I don't think this is a ClamTk bug. It looks like ClamAV did not fully install or get properly configured.
I recommend either re-assigning this to ClamAV or (probably simpler) try to reinstall ClamAV. You may have to remove ClamAV and then re-install it.
