While this may be technically true, there are so many users who actually
need wpasupplicant and use wifi, and such strong coupling between NM and
wpasupplicant (e.g. you also need it for 802.1x), that we're not going
to do the changes.

This also goes along with Debian which has not removed the dependency
with wpasupplicant from NetworkManager.

I'm not against changing Depends, but it would be better to have a
clearer case for this removal, and to also have buy-in from the Debian
maintainers.
