The attached logs unfortunately don't quite say enough. Was this system
booted with the USB modem plugged in? It's also not usual that modems
fall in a weird state after losing connections.

For now, I'm reassigning this to 'modemmanager' which is the correct
package for handling most modem-related tasks in network-manager, and to
Incomplete pending your response. Thanks!
