Public bug reported:

The D-LINK DWA 556 wireless network adapter is not working. I've tested
the adapter with a fresh install of 11.04. Ubuntu detects the card but
it's getting 70% packet loss pings. I've read through Google searches
other people are experiencing the same problem. I tried the card on
Fedora 15/Win7 and it's working perfectly.
