The top bar should not be visible in fullscreen.
Reproduce:

1. Open video.
2. Set fullscreen (any method)
3. Move mouse.
Now the topbar and video interface is visible. After a timeout the
interface is hidden but the top par remains.
4. Set focus to the video stream (click)
Now the topbar is not shown.
5. Move mouse.
Now only the interface is shown and hidden after the timeout,
