The orange box that comes when one drags a window to the right, is
buggy. This bug is for that. As for the windows not snapping correctly,
I can't reproduce it.

Status: New => Confirmed
** Description changed:
Binary package hint: unity
Reproduce:
1. Drag window to right side of screen
2. While dragging now drag up or down
3. The orange "feedback" box moves up or down in some odd function dependent
on how far you move it
- 4. Big bad one: if you release after you drag the screen to a certain
threshold, it doesn't tile at all, instead it just sits close to the edge of
the screen.
+ 4. Big bad one: if you release after you drag the screen to a certain
threshold, it doesn't tile at all, instead it just sits close to the edge of
the screen. (Only reproducible in Evolution, Bilal wasn't able to reproduce
