Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: vpnc

When trying to use VPN by vpnc I observer following error message in
/var/log/syslog:
  Jun 18 04:39:33 machine vpnc[22433]: can't open pidfile /var/run/vpnc/pid for
writing'
Cause of this problem is that /var/run/vpnc/ directory didn't exists.

Not sure is it affect vpnc work. I manually created missing
/var/run/vpnc/ directory and don't see such message in syslog.
