Please sync libsynce 0.15-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
We can sync the package as debian has removed .la files in sync with ubuntu

libsynce (0.15-1.1) unstable; urgency=low
* Non-maintainer upload.
* debian/rules:
- Empty dependency_libs fields in all .la files. (Closes: #620410)
