Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: avant-window-navigator
When awn-settings is not installed the avant docklet just crashes
whenever "about" or "settings" is invoked.
It should display some message about the part that is missing and how it
should be installed.
Currently only terminal messages reveal that avant tries to run awn-
settings and fails.
