I can't reproduce this with Unity 3.8.16 (upgrade your Unity and check
if its still an issue. The latest unity for natty is 3.8.14, 3.8.16 will
land soon). In my case, Unity switches to the workspace containing most
of the window. Tried it with many corner cases as well.
