Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-session

When I scroll on the sound icon to change the volume a 1 pixel black bar
appears under the icon, but the volume is not adjusted. When I click the icon
and scroll on the bar shown there the volume does change.
Scrolling also works when I open "Sound settings" from the icon and scroll on
the bar there.
