r191 of Wubi.exe downloads the right metalink. You can download it from
http://releases.ubuntu.com/10.04.2/wubi.exe
@Eli Adler, could you please file a new report and attach the wubi log
file indicated in the dialog when you reproduce the error. Thanks in
