This is related to a bug in webob 1.0.7 that was recently added to our PPA.
See https://bitbucket.org/ianb/webob/issue/12/fix-for-issue-6-broke- chunked-transfer for more information. The fix is to downgrade to webob 0.9.8. We should be issuing a fixed webob version in our PPA shortly.
