My current Unity version is the latest stable available : 3.8.14 I tried to reproduce the problem from scratch, using ODT documents and ofcourse it works. By the way, because documents that I used when the problem occurs are MS Word documents, I tried again by converting ODT documents in DOC documents. And it worked too.
Finaly, using basic files that I used, with a little cleanup, I can reproduce the problem. Please find in attachment, zip containing sample files and video of the problem.
