How about being able to move the Ubuntu button to the right as well? As far as I can see there is no specific need for it to be on the left.
As for "you can move mouse to the top left corner of the primary monitor to un-hide the launcher": this is true, but it requires VERY precise mouse handling. The cursor needs to be at the EXACT left top corner of the primary monitor. One pixel more to the left and the mouse is on the secondary monitor (and the launcher does not show itself), one pixel more to the right and the launcher is only partially shown, disappearing as soon as you try to click on an item in the launcher. So this is a rather user-unfriendly workaround. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/778926 Title: Launcher placement on dual monitor setup with primary monitor on the right To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/778926/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
