Hi all! I have seen that in when network booting a virtual machine...
The bug was fixed in syslinux 3.54, and the changlog says : "vesamenu: fix handing of VESA modes with noncontiguous memory buffers. In particular, Qemu/KVM sets up such a mode when Cirrus Logic emulation is enabled (which is the default.)" I think qt4-x11 has the same problem! ** Attachment added: "garbage in syslinux (pre 3.54) when using cirrus logic emulation" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qt4-x11/+bug/791133/+attachment/2177098/+files/screenshot-vesamenu.c32%20v3.53.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to qt4-x11 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/791133 Title: QGraphicsView based applications garbled rendering in kvm with cirrus video driver To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qt4-x11/+bug/791133/+subscriptions -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
