I have reverted the fix made in 3.5.3-1ubuntu1 when I packaged a newer
version for maverick, because that solution (removing setuptools from
requires.txt) is not sufficient, other zope.* packages also have
setuptools in their setup.py install_requires and will have the same
problem.
