Public bug reported:

When moving files from one location to an other, an alert window is not
accesible after minimizing nautilus. If you try to maximise nautilus
again it shows three items: the nautilus window, the alert message (for
me that the filename is too long) and the moving files status bar.
Whatever you choose you get the moving files status bar. There is no way
to get the alert message. So the moving files process can not terminate.
