Sorry for the late reply, as I had changed my monitor set up for a while so I wasn't experiencing the bug. It seems though that I can't reproduce the bug anymore as I've been trying for a few days now. I think it got fixed with the package updates that have happened since the beta.
Probably not the best place to suggest this, but for twinview with two monitors, the middle 2 edges should have some sort of stickiness so that it is easier to control which middle edge to snap to.
