Hi Eric I think the problem is that my Library folder is on a NTFS drive, and its Volume Name was "Data Archive" with the space. I saw complaints by the system at start-up about this space. I have now changed the volume name to exclude the space.
I also deleted the relevant entry from the 'exports' file in /etc. I don't know how to restore this though :( When I set my Shotwell Library folder now, it starts looking for photos for a while and then gives up. Every time I re-open Shotwell, the Library folder has been set to something else. Do I need to mount the drive differently from /media/DataArchive? Any other suggestions?
