Hi thanks for checking in, I couldn't reproduce on either Rhythmbox or Banshee.
Reproduced with 2 different files on Totem , both longer than 10 minutes. Sometimes takes a couple drag/drops of the slider to reproduce. The files are ogg's made with Sound Juicer 2.32.
