Public bug reported:

Open a new word processing doc. Type a sentence. Select a word and
choose highlight from the tool bar (so that the background of the word
becomes yellow). Save as... and select format "MS Word 2007 XML
(docx)". Close the document and re-open. The highlighting is absent.

I *think* MS Word supports highlighting.

BTW, in OO.o, the help menu does not have a "Report a Bug" item. At
least for me.
