This is a well-known bug, which unfortunately has not been fixed yet. A
temporary (and uncomfortable, I know) workaround is ALT+DRAG...
Anyway, this bug is a duplicate of 38442 so I'll close it.

The install dialog box is larger than the default resolution (800x600). Next
button cannot be seen without removing toolbars.
