You can reproduce this event only if you have a maximized window on the
desktop, elsewhere no.
At my eyes this is a feature, because is also true that if you deselect your
choise you have to move the mouse to makes the launcher disappear, and now it
is done automatically.
So I close this report as Not a bug.
