Public bug reported:

1)
patben@esp-patben-lin:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 11.04
Release: 11.04

2)
patben@esp-patben-lin:~$ apt-cache policy wipe
wipe:
  Zainstalowana: 0.21-9
  KandydujÄ…ca: 0.21-9
  Tabela wersji:
 *** 0.21-9 0
        500 http://pl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3)
When running:
patben@esp-patben-lin:~$ wipe -rci -Q 1 /media/F82C22132C21CE06/pagefile.sys
according to man page, option -Q (capital) should set number of passes to 1.

4)
Instead file is wiped more then 23 times (still running while writing this). As
a side note I can report that option -q (small) works fine wiping file 4 times
as written in man page.
