NOTE: This bug does not cover the ability to actuallly switch between
monitors! This ability needs to be manually configured (a relevant bug
on that issue is
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/109934) and can then
with some scripting be assigned to ANY OTHER KEY COMBINATION than Fn+F4
so this bug is only about the key combination Fn + F4 not generating any
key event.
xbindkey still cannot catch any outkey event from Fn+F4 in Feisty.
