** Description changed:

  I own a iomga eGo 500 GB external harddisk which supports USB 2 and USB
  3.
  
  My computer is a ZOTAC AD02 (see link at the end of the report for
  details). The AD02 has 2 USB3-slots and 4 USB2-Slots. Whenever I use the
  harddisk with USB2 it works without any problems. Using the USB3-Slots
  it segfaults within a second. I get to see the backtrace attached as a
  photo.
  
  Now other USB-devices created any such problems but I only have this
  USB3-device.
  
+ About my distribution: I installed Ubuntu-Server 2011.4 and did all
+ updates.
