Public bug reported:
When starting a new project with the Eric IDE, I click on the "Form"
tab, then select to create a new form.
This should start up the QT Designer, however eric crashes with a
segfault.
I started eric once more from the command line to capture any error
messages that may have been generated. It produced the following
errors:
