Ubuntu 10.10.
I tried configuring every default I could find (even xdg which it said
it was using) to get links to open in Firefox but they kept opening in
Opera, so I tried the other listed default, but they still opened in
Opera. So I set Zim to specifically use Firefox but links still open in
Opera...
