I just hacked libvirt.py commenting out line # if ret== -1 then LibvirtRaiseError(.. ) Restarted libvirt daemon and succeeded with VM's install.
Finally , i changed back libvirt.py and it worked for a couple of days. After reinstall spice-gtk-0.6 have been built in parallel with GTK2 and GTK3 ( like on Fedora 16 (rawhide)) i got that the issue again and fixed it in the same way. It's not 100% reproducible.
