Hi Brian,
Thanks for investigating this issue. I have tried three different DVD
copies...also tried Ubuntu and Mint 11 (that is based off Ubuntu). Mint 11 also
crashes exactly at the same place during the installation. This issue is seen
with all three media. I have since installed Windows 7 from a new DVD and that
worked fine. I have also installed multiple other softwares with different
media and have never seen any issues. It's a shame I had to switch to Windows 7
because of this issue. Do let me know when you fix it. I have re-opened this
issue.
