Hi Arne, thanks for your report and I'm sorry that you are having this problem downloading Steel Storm. This is actually a very large download (about 650 MB) and so it can be susceptible to network glitches. However, I would expect that if the download was interrupted you would have seen an error dialog from Software Center, so it may be something different. In any case, we will work to resolve this as quickly as we can.
To give us some more info about the issue, could you please launch Software Center from a terminal window as shown (note, no 'sudo'): $ software-center Then, navigate to Steel Storm and click the "Install" button. Then please paste any error output in the terminal to this bug.
