Disabling the second channel of the internal microphone in pavucontrol really made it working. With turning the volume of the "muted" channel more and more close to the other, the audio meter shows less and less signal. It just seems interesting to me.. it surely isn't the right behavior as the laptop has an internal stereo microphone. Regarding the 5.1 surround sound, I was not able to fix that.
