Steps
1. Enable focus follows mouse
2. Have two gedit windows open
3. Put mouse over one and start typing
4. Hit Alt-Tab to select the other gedit window
Expected Behavior (Ubuntu 10.04):
During step 3, text goes to window under mouse
During Step 4, text goes to window selected with alt-tab
Actual Behavior (Ubuntu 11.04):
During step 3, text goes to window under mouse
During Step 4, text goes to window under mouse
