I cannot check what version I was running, but I just now reproduced the issue on an installation with 3.8.10 and 3.8.14, I will update and report again.
It happens only with autohide launcher, and I have been able to reproduce it with netBeans docks, not other draggables (my bad for not checking it thoroughly in the first place). It does't affect me anymore as I have disabled autohide but I just wanted to report the issue. It seems that hitting alt+f2 and running unity --replace fixes things without need for a reboot. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/779865 Title: desktop not responding after escaping a drag to the unity launcher To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/779865/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
