My Webservice Provider offers only a very flaky connection. If the
connection is lost during copy operation the copy dialog stays were it
is. If I press the "Stop" sign the sign itself will change to ghosted
but nothing else happens, i.e. the copy dialog still stays on the screen
without anything happening. Reconnecting to the server does not help. I
need to log out and log in again to get a clear desktop.
