Public bug reported:
Natty repos contain version 1:9.7.3.dfsg-1ubuntu2.1 of all bind9 libs
which are depended on by the ubuntu-standard package and thus normally
installed even without bind9.
If upgrading from a Natty installation without bind9, to oneiric and try
to install it, you get version errors because oneiric repos only have
version 1:9.7.3.dfsg-1ubuntu2
