Public bug reported:

Both the Software center and Synaptic fail to install cairo-dock. I get
this output from Synaptic:

Could not apply changes!
Fix broken packages first.

After going to Edit- Fix Broken Packages I get this output:

E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by 
held packages.
E: Unable to correct dependencies
E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by 
held packages.
E: Unable to correct dependencies

I have a partition running 11.04 and there are no issues at all
installing and running Cairo Dock.
