There is a workaround.

apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager.  When you run it, you can
click on the thing for the Unity plugin.  This will allow you to change
the keys for the Run dialog, and for the Dash thingy (if you don't want
Super/Windows to pop that up).

Then, under Window Management (I'm using the Static Application
Switcher), you can set the keys for Next window (Group) and Prev window
(Group) (I'm using <Alt>grave and <Alt><Shift>asciitilde).

It'd be nice if these plugins would read from the gnome settings,
though.
