Latest Update: Ubuntu crashed with classic desktop as well!
Just to try, I closed the laptop lid, and removed my wired lan connection. This morning as I opened the lid, the screen was hung. Mouse worked, but screen was stuck with the LAN connection shown as connected. Inferences: The system possibly hangs when lid is closed and some hardware change occurs. (Like unplugging lan, unplugging power supply, switching off power supply, etc..) So not a Unity issue after all. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/798935 Title: Unity blank screen after suspend To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/798935/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
