list-records lists files in the current directory.  This is by design.
The caller sets the pwd then runs list-records.  This means that list-
records doesn't need to know where records are kept.

There's a reason list-records is in /lib.  It's not meant to be run by
users from the command line.  It's a helper for update scripts.
