Public bug reported:

TEST CASE:
1. Launch shutter and set it to minimize to tray on close "Preferences/Behavior"
2. Close shutter by clicking on the window close icon
  -> Check that shutter is still running
  $ pgrep -lf shutter

Result:
Shutter icon on the launcher disappear, but there is no icon on the indicator
to reopen it. The workaround is to launch it manually from a terminal to reopen
the running instance.
