I am tempted to mark this bug as invalid and welcome other comments to
report a new bug because as it was proven setting error by the original
reporter. It would be very helpful if commenters in this bug first
confirm that they have intel 945 video. Also please try of the live cd
or with a new user account to check if the issue is there.
