Public bug reported:
I use Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS. Yelp version is 2.30.0.
The problem is the help is not opening from the menu option in any application.
I get this error:
'Could not display help
The specified location is not supported'
Some extra information:
When I run yelp from the terminal I get:

...and it opens with Ubuntu help Center in it.
